Refund and Return Policy
Effective Date: April 1, 2026 onwards
To ensure your utmost satisfaction, please inspect your products immediately upon delivery. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances, except in cases of errors caused by the company or manufacturing defects.
Exchange Policy
You may request a product exchange within 7 working days of receipt under the following conditions:

The product is delivered damaged, broken, or non-functional upon arrival.

The product delivered is incorrect (e.g., wrong size or color).

The product significantly differs from the images displayed on the product description page.

Requirements: The product must be unused, with all original tags, price labels, promotional gifts (if any), and accessories included in their original, sealed packaging.

Resolution: The company will exchange the item for the same model, size, and color only. If the original model is out of stock, a full refund or a comparable alternative will be offered.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests are permitted only under the following circumstances:

Non-delivery: If the product is not received or delivery is delayed by more than 14 working days (excluding pre-order or made-to-order items, where specific lead times are provided in advance).

Manufacturing Defects: If a defect is confirmed to be from the manufacturer, the company will be responsible for providing a replacement and covering all shipping costs.

Non-compliance: If an inspected return does not meet our specified conditions (e.g., shows signs of use), the company reserves the right to deny the exchange and will return the original item to the buyer.
"Change of Mind" Policy
The company reserves the right not to accept returns or exchanges for a "Change of Mind" in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction with the product or a desire to upgrade/change to a different collection.

Ordering the incorrect model, color, or size due to customer error.

Duplicate purchases within the same household or inability to use the product.

The product has been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

Requests made after 7 working days or returns sent without prior confirmation from the company.
Return & Exchange Procedures

Notification: Contact the company to report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipment: Return the item via a trackable shipping method (e.g., Thailand Post or private carriers). The company will reimburse the shipping costs along with the refund if the error was caused by us.

Inspection: Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will process the refund or shipment of the replacement as agreed.

Refund Documents: Please provide a copy of your bank book. The bank account name must match the order's name to process the refund.

Processing Time: Full refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving written cancellation confirmation via Email: online1.luggages@gmail.com or LINE: @echolac.
Request for Document Correction (Tax Invoice/Receipt)

Corrections must be requested within the same calendar month the document was issued.

Customer Error: If the error was due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a shipping fee of 50 THB applies for the new document, and the original document must be returned to the company.

Company Error: If the company issued the document incorrectly, a new set will be sent at no additional cost.
