Warranty Coverage

Years 1 – 2 (Full Coverage Warranty): Covers manufacturing defects and damages from normal use on essential components, including wheels, trolley handles, TSA lock systems, zippers, carrying handles, hinges, inner linings, and internal components. If the damage is verified to be under the warranty conditions, the company will repair, replace parts, or exchange the product at no cost, at the company’s sole discretion.Years 3 – 10 (Structural Warranty): Covers core structural components essential for functionality, namely wheels, trolley handles, and TSA lock systems, against damages from normal use. In the event that the original parts are no longer available, the company reserves the right to use equivalent substitute parts or components.

Echolac Service Promise

Fast Service: The service center will inspect and complete repairs within approximately 30–45 business days from the date the item is received (applicable for services within Thailand only).Genuine Spare Parts: We exclusively use authentic Echolac parts or company-certified spare parts.Lifetime Service Support: Even after the warranty period expires, Echolac continues to provide inspection, repair, and parts replacement services (subject to availability for each model) at special rates exclusively for Echolac customers.

Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover damages in the following cases:Impact Damage: Body shell cracks or fractures, bent structures, dented corners, damages from dropping, crushing, or transit damages, regardless of whether caused by airlines, transport companies, or third parties.Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, scuffs, abrasions, dents, stains, color fading, or material surface alterations, which are considered normal wear and tear from use.Misuse: Overloading beyond weight limits, improper use, modifications, alterations, or repairs by unauthorized personnel, use of inappropriate chemicals, solvents, acids, or cleaning products, and exposure to extreme heat, severe cold, high humidity, or abnormal environments.Consumables and Accessories: Luggage tags, luggage straps, covers, stickers, and other decorative accessories.Contents of the Luggage: The warranty does not cover luggage contents, important documents, computers, electronic devices, or personal belongings of any kind, regardless of the cause of damage.

Airline and Transit Damage

If your luggage is damaged during transit, you must immediately report it to the airline or transport provider at the baggage claim area before leaving the airport.Damages incurred during transit are the sole responsibility of the respective airline or transport provider.Echolac reserves the right to decline responsibility for any damages caused by third-party transportation.

Registration and Claim Process

The purchaser must present valid proof of purchase when requesting service.Accepted Proof of Purchase: Receipt, tax invoice, order confirmation email, or online purchase record.The document must clearly display: Name of the authorized dealer/store, date of purchase, product model name, and product price.For your convenience, customers can register their products via the Echolac online platform to securely store warranty information in our system.

Service Terms and General Conditions

Repair and Replacement Conditions: The company reserves the right to be the sole determinant of whether the damage falls under the warranty conditions and whether to proceed with repairs, part replacements, or a product exchange. In the event of a product exchange, the company may replace it with the same model, a new model with similar features, or a product of equivalent value. The replacement does not guarantee an exact match in color, size, or design to the original item.Parts Warranty: Repaired parts and services will remain covered under the original product's warranty period, which continues from the initial date of purchase (the warranty period will not restart).Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product to the service center, including packaging, taxes, and any other related transportation expenses.Limitation of Liability: The company shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages in any scenario, including the loss of personal property contained within the luggage.General Terms: This warranty applies only to products distributed by BL Group or its officially authorized dealers. The company reserves the right to amend, update, or change the warranty conditions as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
