At Echolac, we believe that a superior suitcase is not defined only by its aesthetic, but by the confidence it instills in every journey. Our warranty policy is designed to be transparent, comprehensive, and dedicated to ensuring the ultimate peace of mind for our customers.

Warranty Duration

  • Standard Collections: 5-Year Limited Warranty.

  • Premium Collections: 10-Year Extended Warranty applies to the following models:

    • Celestra Front Access (FA) V.3

    • Celestra Trunk Plus V.2

    • Shogun Evo

    • Logic Pro

    • Dynasty

    • Dynasty Trunk

10-Year Warranty Coverage Details

 

         1. Years 1 – 2: Full Coverage

Comprehensive protection covering both functional usage and manufacturing defects, including:

  • Wheels, Trolley System, TSA Lock System, Zippers, Handles, and Interior components.

  • Benefit: Free repair or replacement of spare parts at no additional cost (subject to company terms and conditions).

        2. Years 3 – 10: Structural Warranty

Focused protection for the primary structural components:

  • Wheels, Trolley System, and TSA Lock System.

  • Benefit: Free repair or replacement of these specific parts (does not cover manufacturing defects or cosmetic wear during this period).

      3. Lifetime Service Support

Beyond the official warranty period, Echolac remains committed to your journey:

• We provide continuous spare part availability and repair services at a special discounted rate for Echolac customers.

      4. Fast Service Promise

• We guarantee a repair turnaround time of 30–45 working days (valid within Thailand only).

Travel Concierge Service

In case of urgent travel requirements, the company provides a "Temporary Replacement Suitcase" for your convenience during the repair period.

1. Functional issues arising from normal usage.

2. Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

3. Damaged spare parts (Wheels, Handles, Zippers).

1. Damage caused by misuse, severe impact, or overloading (e.g., cracks on the shell).

2. Overloading beyond weight capacity resulting in structural or shell cracks.

3. Aesthetic damages including scratches, stains, or natural color fading.

4. Damage from external factors such as chemicals, extreme heat, or rough handling by carriers (e.g., airlines).

Essential Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty claims are subject to final inspection and evaluation by the company’s authorized technicians.

  • Warranty is valid only for products that have been officially registered.

  • The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
